Clark County Public Arts presents the Rainbow Connection Youth Art Workshop
That moment, when all are just being together as One and making something that didn’t exist before. That’s the magic.
15 beautiful hearts gathered to create an expression of their hearts while connecting with family & friends at the season finale Art Barn youth art workshop sponsored by Clark County Public Arts.
The result?
Rivers of tranquility and joy and an array of giggling hearts. The hearts created here will soon be connected into a single “Rainbow Connection” sculpture at Bob Price Community Center.
Thanks to our generous sponsors at Clark County Public Art and talented Helpers, Laurence Reese and Sara Paye Feick.

Rainbow Connection
First-grade artists @ Cahlan Elementary learned the science behind what we see when we see the colors of a rainbow. Each maker collaged a heart-shaped rainbow story out of a single color of the rainbow. In celebration, all gathered to form a rainbow connection with their own special color and artistry.
Special thanks to teaching artist, host, creative guide, and sponsor, Emily Reif. You opened the door for magic to happen!
